Before we can start

💡 Consider reading about Swate

💡 We assume that you already created an ARC that contains one or more studies and assays. If not consider watching the ARCitect Quickstart Videos first.

SWATE availability

In this video we are going to briefly talk about how you can get your hands on SWATE:

Open or create an annotation table

In this video we will learn how to add an annotation table to an existing assay or study using SWATE:

Add and fill input and output columns to an annotation table

In this video we will learn how to add content to our table using SWATE:

Copy Column contents

In this video we will learn how to copy and update column contents:

Update Columns: Create

In this video we will learn how to use the update columns functionality to create sample names:

Update Columns: Update

In this video we will learn how to use the update columns functionality to update sample names to quickly generate new names:

Customize your table by adding building blocks

In this video we are going to learn how we can apply the annotation principles to describe parameters of an assay:

Unit Columns

In this video we are going to learn how to add Unit columns:

Hidden Collumns

In this video we will briefly talk about the hidden columns in your annotation table:

Non-Controlled vocabulary

In this video we will learn how we can add building blocks when no matching term is retrieved by the term search:

Using term search for cell values

In this video we are going to learn how we can use the term search for cell values:

Create tables using templates

In this video we will learn how one can use predefined templates to speed up the process of annotation table creation:
